Every educated person in India aspires to become a civil servant by passing the UPSC exam, but as they grow older, 99.9% abandon that goal and pursue other goals.

 1 UPSC: If you are the best brain and most knowledgeable person in India, then you will go for this exam. If you are Indian, then never say, even in a joke, “I passed the UPSC exam,” because people will mock you and consider you a joker. • Ph.D. degrees are awarded in Asian countries on very dubious criteria, which cannot be compared to those awarded in European and American countries, where the criteria are of a very high standard.
