Plants in the sunflower family It’s sometimes called the “mountain daisy,” because its color and petals look like the familiar flower.
Arnica is used topically for a wide range of conditions, including
- BRUISES, SPRAINS, MUSCLE ACHES: Arnica stimulates white blood cells, stimulates blood circulation, and may raise blood pressure. (no scientific proof)
- WOUND HEALING: Arnica stimulates white blood cells,

Side effects of Arnica
- VOMITING
- ORGAN FAILURE: This can cause organ failure.
- HEART DAMAGE (RAPID HEART RATE): It can cause a rapid increase in heart rate.
- INCREASED BLEEDING: ( Arnica acts as a blood thinner) but it can also limit a person’s ability to form blood clots, increasing their risk for serious bleeding.
- LIVER: Toxic to the liver and can be fatal.
- COMA, AND DEATH. Finally brings DEATH.
